- 辛未〔明治４年〕６月１８日から辛未〔明治４年〕８月２９日 第七ヶ条 同五月弘信再帰朝三月連議ノ条々旧卿公ニ献シ厳原多少給＠御処分及ヒ宗知事殿自ラ渡韓ノ儀等伺済ニ付六月一日＠之再渡韓被命候事 過日伺書衆議ニ付テ再伺書中彼猶別ニ一種ノ定論アリテ我ヲ拒絶ノ意顕然タル其トキハ本省ニテモ其トキノ御処置モ可有出使官員モ其トキノ覚悟モ可有云々ハ吉岡始メ大修使引取方可然ト或ヒハ引取セ一条ニ御衆議アリテ或ヒハ圭角ヲ見ハシ引取セサル方可然ト高論区別アル故ニ今般ノ目的ハ何処迫モ圭角ヲ見セサル圭意ヲ論シ着拒絶ノ意アラハ吉岡大修使ノ引取リニ圭角ヲ見ハサストモ其時ノ機ニ応シテ如何ナル大圭角モ見ハス可ク唯々今度ノ成功ハ誠意一＠ト云フヨリ輸シタル儀ニテ候是レハ御明了トハ存＠ヘトモ拙＠ニテ其至ラサル所多キヲ以テ
