自明治九年三月 至同年五月 明治八年朝鮮江華島事件ニ付黒田全権大臣派遣一件附属 修好条規公布及本邦駐剳各国公使ヘ公知ノ件 本局 金井権少史 殿 外務大少丞 予而外務卿より被談置候御条約書翻訳之儀来ル二十一日中浄書出来之運ひニ有之候間和文未タ印刷出来居不申候得者早々上木来ル二十二日一般ニ御須布相成候様致度尤御国在留各国公使江相達候都合も有之候間上木出来次第御布達前当省江二十部程御廻有之候様致度此段申進候也 九年三月十九日草　追而否成至急御答有之度候也 第三十四号今朝朝鮮国ト別冊ノ通リ條約取結相成候條此旨布告候事 明治九年三月二十二日 条約書ハ致本条約書ノ部ニアリ茲ニ略ス 以書簡致 上候然ハ今般朝鮮国ト右結候条約書及布告候ニ付 右写差遣シ申候此段得貴意 敬具 九年三月 寺島卿 各国公使宛 英 仏 伊 独 米 蘭 露
