間島問題要領 史ヲ接スルニ間島即豆満江左岸地方カ曽テ高麗ノ領域タリシコト并六鎮時代ニ於テ該地方ノ土民ハ凡テ韓国ノ現王朝（李朝）ニ内附シ居タルコトト＠ヲ容レス 然ルニ＠親覺羅民敦化地方ニ起リ清韓ノ垈ヲ開クヤ西暦千五百九十八年以来＠太祖太宗ハ該地方ヲ征服シ国民ヲ俘虜トシ壮丁ハ悉ク之ヲ軍旅ニ編入シ之ヲ率イテ南征シ一方ニ於テ清韓人共ニ該地方ニ移住スルヲ禁シタレ為該地方ハ竟ニ＠人ノ境トナレリ然レトモ当時征服ノ目的ハ＠丁ヲ護ルニ在リタルカ＠ニ豆満江ヲ以テ両国ノ境界ト認ムヘキヤ否ヤニ付テハ尚他ノ考証ヲ要ス之ヲ文献ニ徴スルニ天聰元年（千六百二十六年）ノ清韓和約中ニハ両国各封＠ヲ守ル云々ノ語アルキ所謂封＠ヲ明示セス
