- 間島問題及満洲五案件ニ関スル日清交渉顛末（明治四十三年三月起草） 第一 文渉始末一般 帝国政府ハ明治三十八年十二月二十日調印ノ日清条約並附属協約ニ依リ満洲ニ於ケル日清両国関係事項ノ大体ヲ規整シタル処尚同条約ニ基キ細目ニ渉リテ決定ヲ要スヘキ所アルノミナラズ同条約以外ニ於テモ亦戦役ノ結果トシテ存在セル事態ノ整理ヲ要スルキノ少ントセス＠＠案件ハ帝国政府ノ鋭意之カ解決ヲ計リタル為漸次妥結ヲ告タルニ至リタルモノアリタルト雖尚数多案件ノ容易ニ両国政府ノ合意ヲ見ル能ハサルモノアリ加フルニ其ノ後新ニ間島問題、法庫門鉄道問題、京奉鉄道ヲ奉天城根ニ延長スルノ件等発生シタル為交渉更ニ一層複雑ヲ来タシ明治四十一年ノ秋季ニ
