二○ノ一 第六章「満洲国」 第一節 「新国家」建設ノ階段 日本軍ノ奉天占領ノ結果招来セル混乱状態 前章ニ於テ説述セル如ク一九三一年九月十八日事件ノ結果奉不市ノ市行政及ヒ奉天省ノ省行政ハ完全ニ破壊セラレ延イテ其他ノ二省ノ省行政ニ至ル迄程度ハ少キモ影響ヲ蒙リタリ。奉天ニ対スル攻撃余リニ急速ナリシ為メ全満洲ノ政治的中心ナルノミナラス大連ニ次イテ南満洲ノ最モ重要ナル商業的中心タル同市ハ支那人民ノ間ニ恐慌ヲ惹起スルニ至レリ。著名ノ官公吏並ニ教育界及ヒ商業界ノ主要人物ノ大多数ハ直チニ家族ト共ニ逃亡セリ。九月十九日後ノ数日間ニ亘リ十一万人以上ノ支那人住民ハ京奉鉄道ニ依リ奉天ヲ去リタルカ逃走シ得サルモノハ多ク潜匿セリ。 警官及ヒ監獄看守人ニ至ル迄失
