- 九ノ一 第三章 日支両国間ノ満洲ニ関スル諸問題 （一九三一年九月十八日以前） 支那ニ於ケル日本ノ利益 一九三一年九月ニ至ル四半世紀間ニ於テ満洲ト支那ノ他ノ部分トノ結合ハ追々 固トナリツツアリ夫レト同時ニ満洲ニ於ケル日本ノ利益ハ増加シツツアリタリ。満洲ハ明ニ支那ノ一部タリシモ時地方ニ於テ日本ハ支那ノ主権行使ヲ制限スルカ如キ特殊ノ権利ヲ獲得若ハ主張シ両国間ノ衝突ハ其ノ当然ノ帰結ナリキ。 一九○五年ノ条約ニ依ル日本ノ権利 一九○五年十二月ノ北京条約ニ依リ支那ハ従来露西亜ノ租借ン居タル関東州租借地及露西亜ノ管理シ居タル東支鉄道南部線中長春以南ノ鉄道ノ日本ヘノ譲渡ヲ承認シ尚追加協定ニ依リ支那ハ安東奉天間ノ軍用鉄道ヲ改良シ之ヲ十五箇年間経営スル
