六ノ一第二章 満洲 記述。支那ノ他ノ部分及露西亜トノ関係 記述 序論 満洲ハ支那ニ於テハ東三省トシテ知ラルル広汎且豊饒ナル地域ニシテ僅々四十年以前ニハ殆ント開発セラレ居ラス現在ニ於テスラ猶人口稀薄ナルヲ以テ支那及日本ノ過剰人口問題解決ニ益々重大ナル役割ヲ演スルニ至レリ。数百万ノ窮乏セル農民ハ山東省及河北省ヨリ満洲ニ流入セル一方製品及資本ハ日本ヨリ同地方ニ運出セラレ食料及原料ト交換セラレタリ。斯ノ如ク満洲ハ支那及日本ノ各自ノ必要ニ応スルコトニ依テ日支双方ノ有力ナル伴侶タル実ヲ挙ケタリ。即チ日本ノ活動ナクンハ満洲ハ斯ノ如キ大ナル人口ヲ誘致且収容シ得サリシナルヘク又支那農民及労働者ノ移住ナクンハ満洲ハ斯クモ急速ニ発展シ以テ日本ニ対シ市場並
