Contents: 昭和二十八年十一月欧米二資料第三十六号中南米在外公館引揚調書（三）（キューバ、エル・サルヴァドル、メキシコ、パナマ）欧米局第二課序これは、昭和十七年十二月、当時の政務局第七課が太平洋戦争開始後引揚げた中南米各公館の提出に係る諸報告を取りまとめて作成した「在羅典亜米利加帝国公館引揚に関する調書」（政七調書第二十五号）が印字不良のため判読困難な部分が多く、且つ、戦災のため残存部数が一、二部に過ぎなかつたので、わが在外公館再開に当り資料として携行させるため新たに謄写に対したものである。今般、全編の謄写を終つた機会に一括して記録に止めることとした。昭和二十八年十一月欧米局第二課長キユーバ目次一、宣戦ニ至ル迄ノ経緯三二、公使館員及領事館員ニ対スル取扱振七三、公使館員及領事館員ノ引揚八四、公使館及領事館ノ善後措置一一五、在留民ニ対スル経済的圧迫一二六、在留民ニ対スル迫害一六七、在留民ノ保護及救済措置一九八、玖瑪人ノ黒表及白表二〇
