- ペルー 目次 一 国交断絶に至る迄の経緯 一 二 公使館員及領事館員に対する取扱振 二七 三 公使館員及領事館員並在留民の引揚 三〇 四 公使館及領事館の善後措置 四一 五 在留民に対する経済的圧迫 四五 六 在留民に対する迫害 六一 七 在留民の保護救済措置 六八 八 昭和十五年排日暴動事件賠償問題の現状 七〇 九 秘露人の黒表及白表 七四 一、国交断絶に至る迄の経緯 (一)近年に於ける対日一般空気 日本と秘露との外交関係付遠く明治五年神奈川港内にて発生せし秘露船マリア・ルス号事件に初まり、日本移民か団体的に同国に渡航せるは之亦明治三十二年の昔にして南米諸国中にては最も古き歴史を有し、我国か同国首府里馬に領事館を開設せるは大正二年、又同国に独立の公使を駐箚せしめたるは大正十年なり 最近に於ける在留民の数は第一世約一万三千ニ、第二世推定一万を加へ、合計二万三千と推算せられ伯国に次て多数なり。之れか経済力に至りては昭和十三年十二月現在一ヶ年間の取引売買又は製造高一万円以上の者は百二十八名に付て調査せるに其の投下資本額は二千九百五十五万ソールに及ひ、又一ヶ年間の取引売買製造高は七千三百三十万ソールに達する盛況にあり。
