- 長崎抑留所視察報告書送付ノ件 赤十字国際委員会駐日代表ガ客年十二月訪問セル長崎抑留所視察報告書仮訳別紙送付ス 東京俘虜収容所附属病院訪問報告書訳文送付ノ件 客年四月十四日赤十字国際委員会駐日代表部「ペスタロツチ」代表ノ為シタル東京俘虜収容所附属病院訪問報告書ハ既ニ邦訳ノ上当局ヘ送付シ置キタル処本件報告書曩ニ同委員会ヨリ直接当省ヘ送付越アリ 而シテ委員会ニ於テハ必要ト認メタル場合（特ニ外部ヘ発表ノ場合）代表部ノ報告ヲ修正スルコトアルニ付時日ノ経過ト重複ノ嫌ハアルモ右茲ニ翻訳ノ上送付ス （別添訳文ノミ浄書ノ上送付ノコト） 東京俘虜収容所付属病院視察報告 視察者「ペスタロッチ」訪問月日 一九四四年四月十四日 前身 品川俘虜収容所本所 創設 一九四三年八月一日
