米国政府ハ強制的ニハアラザルモ成ルベク集団生活者ヲ解放スル方針ナリ而シ米国ニトリ危険ナルモノハ解放スル能ハス而シテ日本ニ帰国ヲ希望スルモノハ第一ニ危険ナルモノナリ右ノ外米国ニ対シ不忠誠ヲ表明セシモノ集団所内ニ於テ当局ニ協力セザルモノハ熟レモ「ツール・レーキ」特別集団所ニ移送スベシ 前記ノ如ク日本国籍ヲ有スル一世ニ対シ三回ニ亘リ質問ヲ繰返シタルハ第一次及第二次ノ質問カ余リニ不法非人道ナルニ憤慨しタル一世ガ或ハ全然回答セス或ハ回答ヲ拒絶シタル為次第二質問ノ内容ヲ緩和シ終ニ第三次ノ質問ヲ為サザルヲ得ザリシモノナリ 他方日系米人（二世及三世）ハ多ク前記質問ニ対シ否定的回答ヲ為シタルガ米国関係当局ハ右否定的回答
