- 仏領印度支那共同防衛ニ関スル日本軍、「フランス」当局間現地軍事協定（昭和十六年十二月九日）仮訳 外務省南洋局第二課 仏領印度支那共同防衛ニ関スル日本軍、「フランス」当局間現地軍事協定仮訳 基礎要綱 一、在仏印「フランス」当局ハ仏領印度支那防衛ノ為日仏両国間既存協定ニ従ヒ有ラユル手段ヲ以テ日本軍ト協力スベシ 二、仏印当局ハ日本軍ノ作戦実施期間中仏印領土全般ニ互リ治安ヲ確保シ以テ日本軍ノ後方ヲ安全ナラシムベシ 之ガ為日本軍隊ハ仏印当局ト協力スルコトアルベシ 三、仏印当局ハ仏印領土内ニ於テ日本軍ニ対シ其行動、生存及軍事諸施設ノ設備ニ関シ一切ノ便宜ヲ供与スベシ 四、防衛ハ原側上左ノ如ク分担セラルベシ 日本軍
