日露戦争関係一件 占領地内没収財産関係 拝啓益々御清栄奉賀候 別紙請求書写の如く支那人馮雲芳が日露戦争以来不法占有さ受けつ、当る奉天附属地外の土地に対シ現在の占有者たる満鉄会社ヘ其還附又は代償さ請求致候処満鉄より去る九月十六日附を以て該地は日本陸軍に於て国際法に依り権利さ所得シたるものな水ば請求に応じ難レと回答致来リ候 仍て更に夫れく再調査致候処該地を日本陸軍が占有持続するにとは国際法に於ては勿論のにと総ての点に於て違法たるを免れざるは洵に理義明白に候間止＠を得ず請求人は之を公正なる司法官に訴ふると同時に政治的にも極力之を争ふにとに決心致候是に於てか日本人たる小生に於ては其影響の我邦に及ぼす結果
