- 線繰工場所有者ハ「カパス」買付ノ為メ政府ノ認可ヲ経テ主要栽培地附近ニ「バイングストアー」ヲ設定シテ土人ノ原棉持チ寄ヲニ便セリ。而シテ此ノ「パイングストアー」ハ現在公設倉庫ノ一部ヲ傷リ受ケタルモノナリ。 （ヘ）「リント」ノ取引及輸出 当領ニ於ケル棉商ハ自ラ綿繰工場ヲ有シ自己工場生産ノ「リント」ヲ外国ニ輸出シ若クハ地元ニ於テ処分スルモノト綿繰工場ヲ有セズ各工場ヨリ買ヒ取リ五ヲ輸出シ若クハ地元ニ於テ他ニ軽売スルモノトウルモ両者共輸出若クハ地元処分ハ内外市場ノ形勢ニ依リ利益アル方ヲ選ビツツアリ。 当領産棉花ノ買付ヲナシツツアル邦商ハ日本綿花東洋綿花及江商ノ三社ニシテ日本綿花ハ「ジンジヤ」及ナマガンダ」
