電信訳文 三十三年十月二十二日前一〇、二〇発 〃〃〃后四、五〇着 加藤外務大臣 在漢口瀬川領事 皇室ハ土曜日潼間ニ到着セラレ其西安ニ達スルニハ尚ホ五六日ヲ要スヘシトノ報アリ 機密受第３１７２号 機密第四五号 今回山西省太原府ヨリ陜西省西安府ヘ行在所ヲ遷サレタルニ付テハ同地ヘノ交通ハ漢口ヨリ漢水ヲ溯リ樊城及老河口ヲ経過シテ達スルヲ捷径トスルガ故ニ両宮ノ西安駐輦中ハ当地ハ一層重要ノ地勢ヲ占ムルコトニ相成リ英国軍艦ウード、コックハ此程急ニ上海ヨリ迥航シ同艦長ワツソン少佐ハ水路実見ノ為メ本日小蒸汽船ニテ漢水フ溯リ候ワードコックハ右実見ノ結果ニヨリ来週中ニ当地ヲ発シ若シ襄陽マテ赴クコト能ハサレハ安陸辺マテ
