昭和７ 六七八三 暗 香港 十六日後発 亜 本省 三月十六日後着 芳沢外務大臣 吉田総領事代理 第五四号 当地ニ於ケル諸般ノ情報ヲ綜合観測スルニ広東ニ於テハ蕭仏成鄧沢如等ハ広西ノ白崇禧ト共ニ速ニ打倒蒋介石ヲ標榜シテ両広独立ヲ主張セル一方香翰屏及繆培南等ハ広西派黄紹雄並ニ徐景唐等ト呼応シ蕭、繆ノ急進派ノ軽挙ヲ戒シメ中央ト提携シ援助ヲ受クヘキヲ説ケルモノノ如ク之等両派ハ何レモ陳済棠抱込ヲ競ヒ居ルモ元来定見無キ済棠ハ李宗仁ト共ニ自ラノ態度ヲ決スルヲ得ス 他方胡漢民ハ急進派ニ与シ済棠ヲ抱込ミ両広独立ヲ遂ケ度キ意図ハ充分ナリト雖モ往電第五一号ノ通其ノ時期宜シキヲ得サルト且ツ広西背後ニ尚李済深ノ勢力及ヒ居
