公第六六号 昭和七年一月十四日 在広東 総領事代理須磨弥吉郎 外務大臣芳沢謙吉殿 西南政務委員会第一次会議ニ関スル件 西南政務委員会ハ一月十二日第一次政務会議ニ開催したるか鄧澤如、劉紀文、区芳浦、楊煕嶺、＠＠＠、白崇嘻、体払成、救済＠、程天固等各委員出席、鄧澤如を主席として左記各項を議決せり 一、＠＠高等法＠＠陸嗣当ノ申請ニ依ル潮梅地方々院長区王書ハ客年十二月十六日附公＠一、七九〇号拙信参照ハ赴任セサルニ付之カ免シ陳鴻慈ニ同法院長ニ任命方ノ件許可ス 二、管内ノ財政収支状況ニ速ニ調査シ以テ民国廿一年度ノ予算ヲ編成スルコト尚歳出の増加ハ原則トシテ教育、教育、建設ノ両島費ニ限ルモノトスルコト 三、西南政務委員会組織条例
