- 議会答弁資料トシテ大臣、次官、局長ニ提出セルモノ 事変ニ関聯セル英米仏トノ懸案現状 一、三国別既解決件数 二、東京ヘ持越サレタル件数 三、東京ニテ解決ノ件数 四、未解決諸件ノ色別及各件数 五、未解決中承認ノ限リニ非サル理由（主要懸案ニ付） 対英懸案ニ関スル説明 現地ノ案件ハ無数ナルコト 一、事変発生以来在支英国権益ノ尨大錯綜セルト我軍事行動ノ広汎且深酷ナリシト相俟テ殆ト全支ニ亘リ英国側トノ間ニ大小各種ノ案件ヲ惹起セリ 其ノ中軍側カ直接解決セルモノアルハ勿論、我出先外務官憲カ斡旋解決セルモノモ尠ナカラス、是等ノ案件ニ付テハ其ノ性質上一々中央ニ報告無キモノモアリ、従テ案件ノ総数及其ノ中現地ニテ解決ニ至レルモノノ数ヲ正確
