成都ノ部 機密公第一三二号 昭和六年九月二十二日 在成都 総領事館事務代理阿部又重郎 外務大臣男爵幣原喜重郎殿 成都ニ於ケル反日会ノ状況ニ関スル件 成都ニ於ケル反日会ハ本月十八日左記ノ如キ日貨登記規定ヲ制定シ日貨ノ調査及登記ヲ始メタル趣ナリ尚ホ二十日市中所々及公園等ニ「対日経済絶交」「外貨抵制、国貨奨励」「打例日本帝国主義的侵略」等ノ貼紙ヲナシ二十日夜陰当館表墻‐塀ニモ同様貼紙シタルニ付翌朝直チニ剥キ取リタリ 記 一、仇貨登記章程ニ遵ハサル者ハ仇貨ヲ没収スル外罰金ニ処ス 二、登記ノ際隠匿シテ事実ヲ報告セサル者ハ仇貨ヲ没収スル外罰金ニ処ス 三、故意ニ検査ヲ受ケス仇貨ヲ発見シタル場合ハ之ヲ没収スル
