- 機密第一号 昭和七年一月三日 在宜昌 領事代理副領事浦川昌義 外務大臣犬養毅殿 宜昌反日運動ニ関スル件 本月ニ入リテ以来当地新聞ハ東三省方面時局ニ関シ常ニ大々的報道ヲナシ又反日専欄ヲ設ケ侮蔑的文章ヲ記載シ居レルモ反日救国会側ニ於テハ軍部ノ取締ノ為行動漸ク徴温的トナリ宣伝（ホスター）ノ如キモ悪溂ナル言辞少ク在留邦人ノ物品購入、中国人使用等ニ関シテハ殆ト何等ノ困難ナキ有様ナリ 在留邦商トシテハ既報ノ如ク日清汽船会社出張所ノ外漆買入商人二戸アルモ漆商人ニ於テハ其ノ買入及運搬積荷等差シタル妨碍ヲ受クス現在ノ所平常通リノ営業ヲナシ居レリ 日本品ノ輸入ハ尚困難ナル為海産物等ノ欠乏甚シク民衆ハ価格騰貴ニ困シ
