- 機密第二四三号 昭和七年九月十二日 在福州総領事守屋和郎 外務大臣伯爵内田康哉殿 孫総理第一次起義記念大会ニ於ケル甘?ノ演説ニ関スル件 本月九日午前九時当地福建省党部大礼堂ニ省政府以下各機関ノ代表者約百五十名参集シ孫総理第一次起義三十七週年記念大会ヲ開催シ同十時二垣分閉会セルカ当日宣伝部長甘?ノ為シタル演説中日本ニ関スル部分ノ大要左ノ通 「光緒二十年中日戦争以来日本帝国主義者ハ中国ニ対シ領土侵略ヲ止メス而モ其侵略ハ世界ノ帝国主義者ニ比シ最モ甚タシク現ニ満洲ヲ占領セルニ慊ラス平津地方ヲモ占領セント計画シツツアリ我同胞ハ内乱ヲ熄メ其力ヲ以テ抗日ニ当レハ日本ハ直ニ滅亡スヘシ我同胞ハ速ニ団結シテ東北義
