公第二三八号 昭和七年八月七日 在福州総領事守屋和郎 外務大臣伯爵内田康哉殿 日貨取扱ノ支那商被害ニ関スル件 本月四日夕刻学生服ヲ着ケタル約二十名ノ支那青年（姓名不詳）台湾籍民海産物商ノ得意先ナル下渡街支那商資源園ノ店内ニ入リ陳列ノ商品ヲ指シ這ハ日本品ナリ今後日本品ヲ取扱フニ於テハ相当ノ処分ヲ為スヘシト脅迫ノ上焼却スルト称シテ雑魚、スルメ、干鱈及貝柱等時価百三十元位ノモノヲ持出シ其ノ近クノ支那商協＠及咸康ノ両店ヨリモ同様各四、五十元程ノモノヲ持出シ何レカニ運ヒ去リタリ右一団ハ反日会員トモ又救火会トモ称シ或ハ十九路軍ノ名ニ匿ルル不良分子ノ行為トモ称サレ正体不明ニシテ且該商品何レニ持運ヒタルカ判明セス調査中ナリ
