- 機密第七五号 昭和七年五月二日 在福州 総領事田村貞治郎 外務大臣芳沢謙吉殿 日貨取扱支那商射殺事件ニ関スル件続報 当地日貨取扱支那商劉永俤(本名穎恵)カ客月十七日暴漢ノ為射殺ヤラレタル事件ハ既ニ電報及四月二十日機密第六九号拙信ヲ以テ報告虫進シタル通ナルトコロ右ニ関シ同月二十六日当地発行ノ朝報ナル一支那新聞紙ハ「警醒奸商迷夢之青年救国第一次宣言」トノ見出シニテ大要「帝国主義ヲ抱キ野心勃々ノ暴ハ其ノ大陸政策ノ欲望ヲ実現ヤントシ曩ニハ二十一ヶ条、五三十惨案、五三惨案、万実山惨案又近クハ東北強占、上海蹂躪ヲ以テ我政府ヲ威嚇シ其ノ目的ヲ達ヤントス我国民ノ受ケタル暴日ノ蹂躪ハ筆墨ノ能ク形容シ得サルトコロニ
