福州 亜 本省 十一月九日後着 幣原外務大臣 田村総領事 第一〇一号 往電第九九号ニ関シ 「エヂー」博士ハ六日上海ヨリ到着八日ヨリ一週間毎日三回宛省政府始メ主トシテ学生ニ対シ講演スル事トナリタル趣右ニ付米国領事代理ハ同博士カ領事館ニ挨拶ニ赴キタル際当地ハ共同租界無ク外支人雑居シ居ル特殊ノ事情ト米系教会学校ニ対スル注意方ニ付本官ト往復ノ経緯ヲ告ケ何等誤解ヲ招キ又ハ徒ラニ支那人ノ対日感情ヲ煽ルカ如キ言動ヲ慎ム様注意セル旨態々来訪シテ語リ同博士ノ行動ニ付前回同様身分ヲ弁ヘサル余計ノ出シヤハリナリトテ極力非難セルカ尚省政府ニテハ月曜日同博士ヲ主賓ニ領事教会首脳者等ヲ尽餐ニ招待シ居ル処或ハ支那側ニテ何ト
