公第二六〇号 昭和六年九月十八日 在福州総領事田村貞治郎 外務大臣男爵幣原喜重郎殿 排日貨運動ニ関スル件 反日運動ニ関スル九月十七日附省政府宛公文写茲ニ御参考迄送附ス 本信写送附先 在華公使、在南京領事 第八七号 昭和六年九月十七日 在福州日本帝国総領事館 福建省政府委員会 御中 拝啓陳者新聞紙其他ノ報道ニ拠レハ当地ニ於テハ曩ニ省、県各党部等主唱ノ下ニ貴我国交ノ阻害ヲ目的トスル自称福建省会各界反日会ナル団体様ノモノ組織セラレ爾来種々越軌行動ヲ以テ条約慣例ノ厳ニ保障セル貴我商人ノ自由通商ヲ禁圧シ又ハ激越ナル言辞ヲ以テ貴国ト善隣ノ関係ニ在ル本邦及本邦人ニ対シ紊ニ誹謗ヲ加ヘツツアリ査スルニ斯ノ如キハ
