（１）一般 公信第九五七号 別紙添付 昭和六年九月三十日 昭和六年九月三十日 在天津 総領事代理田尻愛義 外務大臣男爵幣原喜重郎殿 奉天事変後日本側ノ行動ニ関スル捏造記事ノ件 本件ニ関シ別紙御参考迄報告ス 本信写送付先 公使 北平 奉天 青島 済南 上海 漢口 広東 南京 哈爾賓 吉林 奉天事変ニ対スル支那側捏造事項 九月十九日 日本軍ハ十九日朝十三ヶ師団ニ緊急動員ヲ下令シ瀋陽ニ出動東三省ヲ占領セントス 騎兵旅長王以哲ハ本朝日本軍ニ逮捕銃殺セラル 本庄司令官ハ奉天ニ於テ左ノ如キ声明ヲ発セリ 此次ノ奉天占領ニ関シ米国及諸列国カ干渉ノ態度ニ出スル場合ハ之レニ対シ宣戦ヲ布告スヘシ 九月二十日 満鉄守備日
