- 昭和7 九五一六 暗 北平 十八日前発 本省 四月十八日後着 芳沢外務大臣 矢野参事官 第一九四号 本官発奉天宛電報 第三一号(大至急、極秘) 伊藤ヨリ 確カナル筋ヨリノ情報ニ依レハ支那側ハ (一)溥儀執政ハ日本軍ノ為ニ其位ニ就クヘク余儀ナクセラレタルモノニテ軍ノ圧迫タニナクハ直ニ其地位ヲ捨ツルノ意志ナリ (二)日本軍ハ支那平服六百ヲ購入シ右服装ヲナセルモノヲシテ錦州附近ニ於テ汽車ヲ攻撃セシメ日本軍之ヲ撃退スルト云フコトニ用意シ居ルノミナラス他ノ線路旅行中モ同様ノ準備ヲナシツツアリトノ陳述ヲ為シタリト云フ 又満洲ニ於ケル支那人ハ何等忌憚ナキ意見ヲ吐クモノナカルヘキヲ以テ右ヲ確保スル為陳述ヲナス
