- 記録件名 上海ニ於ケル日支衝突事変関係一件 各国ノ態度(支那) 昭和7 四二八〇 暗 上海 十九日後発 本省 二月二十日前着 亜 芳沢外務大臣 村井総領事 第三四五号(急) 公使発閣下宛電報第二三五号ニ関シ 十九日午後七時呉鉄城ヨリ本官宛公文並十九路軍総指揮ヨリ植田師団長宛書面ヲ接到シタリ前者ノ大要ハ上海方面ノ事態ハ日本軍ノ醸生セルモノニシテ日本ニ於テ一切ノ責任ヲ負フヘキモノナルコト累次申入レノ通ナリ又今般総領事申越ノ各項ハ当地中国軍隊ニ転達致シ難シ右ハ何レモ日支両国関係ニ影響スル問題ニシテ両国外交代表間ニ於テ処理スヘキモノナルニ付既ニ中央政府ニ転達シ置キタレハ外交部ヨリ日本公使ニ何分ノ回答ア
