昭和23年文第165号 起案 昭和二十三年七月十七日 施行 23.7.17 土地収用法に関する事務分掌移管について 案 課長 会計課長、総務農政、畜産、開拓、各局長 林野水産各長官宛 件名 この件について、建設省総務局長から、別紙の通り、申し越しがあったから通知する。 昭和二十三年七月十三日 建設省総務局長 農林省 官房文書課長殿 土地収用法に関する事務分掌移管について 土地収用法に関しては従来建設院地政局地政課において担当していたが、この度び建設省設置法施行に伴い昭和二十三年七月十日以降建設省総務局総務課において分掌することになったから通知する。
