昭和23年文第158号 施行 23.7.9 重要物産の種類及び検査手数料に関する件 案 課長名 農政局総務 食品局総務 林野局林政 水産庁加工水産課長宛 件名 第二科医国会において指定農産物検査法が成立して近く公布施行されるのに伴い、重要物産の種類及び検査手数料に関する件(昭和二十三年 経理庁令 農林省令 第一〇号)を改正して、あらたに同法によって地方公共団体の長に委任された物資の検査手数料を規定する必要があるので、左記に掲げる貴課関係物資の手数料について物価庁関係部課と連絡の上、同会改正の資料となるべき手数料を決定の上七月二十五日までに当課に連絡されたい。各課の資料提出をまって、同令改正の手続をとる予定である。
