昭和23年文第149号 起案 昭和23年6月30日 施行 23.7.1 水産庁分課規程に関する件 左案により水産庁分課規程を制定して、七月一日から施行してよろしいか。 可否を伺う。 案 訓令第百十二号 水産庁 農林大臣名 水産庁分課規程を次のように定め、昭和二十三年七月一日から、これを施行する。 水産庁分課規程案 (漁政部内の課) 第一条 漁政部に漁政課、経済課、漁業権課、漁船課、漁船保険課及び漁港課を置く。 (漁政課) 第二条 漁政課においては、左の事務を掌る。 一 長官の官印及び庁印の保管に関する事務を処理すること。 二 庁の人事及び会計に関する事務を処理すること。 三 水産に関する協同組合その他水産業団体に関する事務を処理すること。
