昭和23年文第147号 起案 昭和23年6月28日 施行 23.6.20 効力に期限の定めのある法律等に関する件 案 課長名 官房各課長 各局長 各長官宛 件名 標記の件について、両院法規委員会から政府に対して別紙要旨のとおり勧告があったから、今後は、主旨にのっとり然るべく御配慮願いたい 別紙 勧告要旨 一定の期日まで存続する法律又は一定の期日までにその法律を改廃することを定めた法律のある場合において、その期日までにこれに代るべき新法律の制定又は法律の改廃が期せられないときは、たとえ、新法律案又は改廃の法律案が国会へ提出ずみの場合であっても、それの審議に充分な期間を失わないようにするため及び現行法律の失効又は廃止後に制定される新法律に遡及致を認めるという方法を避けるため
