昭和7年文第944号 起案 昭和七年六月二十七日 文書課長 農務局長 山林局長 水産局長 畜産局長 蚕糸局長 次官 農村救済五省次官会議(第二回)ニ関スル件 一、日時 昭和七年六月二十日 一、参集者 内閣書記官長、法制局長官、農林次官、内務次官、大蔵次官、商工次官、鉄道次官 一、会議ノ要領 (一)六月十七日五省大臣会議内容ニ関スル内閣書記官長ノ報告 ○農林大臣 (1)農村救済ノ土木事業ハ左ノ方針ニ依ルヲ可トス (イ)事業ノ規模成ルヘク小ナルモノタルコト (ロ)事業完成後モ生産的効果ヲ及ホスモノタルコト (ハ)農民カ直接救済セラルル事業ナルコト (ニ)事業ノ地方的分布ヲ考慮スルコト 従ッテ此ノ関係ニ於テハ(イ)ノ方針ニ多少例外ヲ生ジ大規模事業モ認メザルベカラザルモノアラン
