意匠奨励審議会令の一部改正 意匠奨励審議会令の一部を改正する政令(案) 内閣は、通商産業省設置法(昭和二十七年法律第二百七十五号)第四十七条第二項の規定に基き、この政令を制定する。 意匠奨励審議会令(昭和三十一年政令第百四十九号)の一部を次のように改正する。 第二条第一項中「十五人」を「二十人」に改める。 附則 この政令は、公布の日から施行する。 理由 意匠奨励審議会を強化するため、委員の数を増加する必要があるからである。
