十月二十三日 九年 諸物品限月売買ヲ准ス 内務省伺 各地方ニ於テ従前差許来候米油限月売買ノ儀明治七年第百三十八号公布ヲ以テ一切差止更ニ本年第百五号米商会所条例御布告相成候ニ付米商ノ儀ハ該条例ニ照準可致候ヘトモ其他金綿油肥鯡等限月売買ノ儀其売買ノ方法及ヒ社則等確実ナラサルヨリ多少ノ弊害ヲ生シ候趣モ相聞ヘ候ヘトモ地方ニ寄リ右売買有之候為メ該地物品聚散ニ関シ自然相場ヲ均定シ実際貿易上ノ準拠トモ相成一般商民ノ便益ヲ為シ候向往々有之右営業一般差止メ候テハ実際ニ於テ人民貿易上差支ヲ生候儀可有之去トテ是迄ノ方法等ヲ以テ営業為致候テハ一般普通ノ売買ト違ヒ商業上取締筋ニモ関係可致候聞右様ノ向ハ会社創立ノ起由貿易上ノ
