五月十八日七年 大蔵省ヘ達 清国北京公使館付書記見習手当金ノ儀更ニ別紙ノ通外務省ヨリ伺出聞届候条此旨相達候事 外務省上申魯国在勤臨時代理公使花房義質発行前任所ニ於テ留学生ノ内ヨリ秀才ノ者両三名相撰公使館付書記見習申付度旨相伺御許可相成候ニ付右振合ヲ以清国公使館ヘモ書記見習申付度旨去月二十日第三百十五号ヲ以相伺御指令相済候処右伺書ノ内御手当ノ儀モ魯国同様ニ被下度旨諸載置候処魯国公使館付書記見習御手当取調ノ儀ハ同国在留官費留学生御手当ニ基千円ヲ目的トシ八等書記生御手当ト比較中間ヲ執三等ニ分チ取調相伺御許可相成候儀ニ付清国迚モ同様同国在留官費留学生御手当ニ比較ヲ相立可伺出ノ処只管魯国公使館付書記見習ニ傚ヒ上申候段
