五月三十日八年 工部定額残金ヲ以テ兵庫長崎製作所ノ費用ニ充ツ 工部省伺 当省所轄兵庫長崎製作所ノ儀収入金ヲ以諸般経費ニ充取賄来候処其収入ヲ以漸ク諸冗費ヲ相賄候迄ニテ利益無之随テ猶預金モ無之候ニ付船舶機鑵等製作修復ノ為メ鉄鋼其他諸品貯蓄ノ設ケ迄行届兼日々入用ノ鉄鋼等ヲ始市中ニテ買上其用ニ当テ候様ノ始末ニテ不得止高価ノ品相用夫カ為メ修復費モ相嵩利得ヲ失ヒ候而己ナラス第一御体裁ニモ拘リ且修船其他盛大ノ注文申越候節モ適応ノ物品不足ヨリ無余儀相断空ク事業ヲ欠キ候儀往々有之彼等於テモ時々断ヲ請候様ニテハ航路難欠器械修繕ノ道モ絶ヘ失望如何計ニ可有之折角製作所被建置候上ハ御趣意ニモ悖リ無詮事ニ付夫是勘考致候処詰リ蓄蔵品手薄故前顕ノ体裁ニ成行候事ニ付
