二月十五日八年 大蔵省ヘ達 木挽町米国博覧会事務局経費金一ケ月五百五十三円ノ割ヲ以本年一月分ヨリ月々正院用度課ヘ別途渡方可取計此旨相達候事本文ノ通御達ニ付受渡方御取計可有之旨用度課ヘ通達ス二月十八日局課 博覧会事務局申立外史左院歴査 米国博覧会事務局ノ儀木挽丁六丁目八番地ヘ別段開局相成候ニ付テハ日用小買物ヲ始メ臨時小営繕等ニ至ル迄月々諸般ノ局費仕払可申処昨年減額被仰渡候ニ付口々本年ヘ操越諸払算計切詰候間局費不足致候儀モ有之迚モ右ノ内ニテ取賄候儀ハ事実出来兼候間当事務局局費ノ儀ハ別紙仕訳書ノ通一ケ月金二百五十円ト御定并全米国御用ノ為メ新タニ採用致候官員御用掛等月給別紙見込書ノ通当一月ヨリ別途御下渡相成候様仕度
