五月十四日七年 開拓使所轄保任社ヲ廃ス 開拓使伺 当使附属汽船北海丸ヲ以テ東京大阪箱館ノ間海上難破濡損請負并荷為替貸金等ノ方法ヲ設ケ基本金ヲ交付シ用途榎本六兵衛等ヘ申付昨年五月以来保任社開業為致置候処今般詮議ノ次第有之廃社申付候条一般ニ御布告相成候様仕度別紙草案相添此段奉伺候也四月二十九日開拓 伺ノ趣聞届候条其使ヨリ布達可致事五月十四日 開拓使上申左院宛 過刻御談有之候保任社設立ノ儀ハ当使ヨリ基本金交付致シ用達共ヘ為取扱置候儀ニ付此段相廃止候共別段社中ノ者苦情等ノ儀可申出筈無之最右廃止ノ儀同社ヨリ請書差出候条此段申進候也五月三日開拓 左院議案内務課主査 開拓使伺ノ趣審案候処保任社廃止ノ儀ハ掛念ノ儀モ有之
