四月二十五日七年 特命全権公使鮫島尚信ヘ達 病気療養ノ為当官ノ儘一時帰朝致度願之趣被聞食候条公使館事務ハ一等書記官中野健明ヘ代理可為致故旨相達候事外務 外務省上申 仏国在勤特命全権公使鮫島尚信儀旧冬来所労ニ依リ追々加養候ヘトモ何分全療不致趣ヲ以テ別紙ノ通リ帰朝ノ儀出願候就テハ此度長田三等書記官帰朝イタシ候ニ付篤ト情実承糺候処折々吐血等致シ容体不冝医師ノ診察ヒハ頗ル重症ノ趣ニ相聞候間願ノ通御許容相成可然ト存候此段上申候也四月二十二日外務上申ノ趣被聞食候条別紙可相達事四月二十五日 鮫島全権公使願外務省宛 私儀旧冬来不快ニテ療養等相加ヘ追々快方ニハ赴候ヘトモ帰朝ノ上尚一層加養仕度候間帰国被差許候様仕度尤後来ノ公事ハ
