航空業務に関する日本国とパキスタンとの間の協定の署名に関する閣議決定（案） 一 航空業務に関する日本国とパキスタンとの間の協定を別紙一の案によつて署名することとする。 二 前記の協定に関連し、別紙二の趣旨の不公表の書簡（一及び二）をパキスタンとの間に交換することとする。 航空業務に関する日本国とパキスタンとの間の協定（案） 日本国政府及びパキスタン政府（以下「締約国」という。）は、両国が千九百四十四年十二月七日にシカゴで署名のため開放された国際民間航空条約及び国際航空業務通貨協定の当事国であり、この条約及び協定の条項が両当事国に対して拘束力を有するので、また、 それぞれの領域の間の及びその領域をこえての航空業務を開設するために
