産業投資特別会計法の一部を改正する法律案要綱 産業投資特別会計において行なう投資の財源の一部を補足すべき原資の確保を図るため、昭和３５年度において、一般会計から、３５０億円を限り、この会計の資金に繰入れをすることができることとすること。 産業投資特別会計法の一部を改正する法律 産業投資特別会計法（昭和二十八年法律第百二十二号）の一部を次のように改正する。 附則中第十五項以下を一項ずつ繰り下げ、第十四項の次に次の一項を加える。 １５ 政府は、昭和三十五年度において、一般会計から、三百五十億円を限り、この会計の資金に繰り入れることができる。 附則 この法律は、公布の日から施行する。 理由 産業投資特別会計において行なう投資の財源の一部を補足すべき原資の確保を図るため、
