「事後報告」 昭和三十五年五月のチリ地震津波による災害を受けた漁業者の共同利用に供する小型の漁船の建造に関する特別措置法案 １ 昭和三十五年五月のチリ地震津波による災害（以下「チリ地震津波災害」という。）に係る小型漁船の被害が著しい都道府県で政令で定めるものが、漁業協同組合の必要とする共同利用小型漁船建造費につき、当該漁業協同組合に対し、三分の二を下らない率による補助をする場合には、国は、予算の範囲内において、当該都道府県に対し、その補助に要する経費（都道府県が三分の二をこえる率による補助をする場合には、そのこえる部分の補助に要する経費を除いた経費）の二分の一を補助することができる。 ２ 前項の共同利用小型漁船建造費とは、
