「事後報告」 昭和３５年５月のチリ地震津波による災害を受けた地方公共団体の起債の特例に関する法律案要綱 １ 昭和３５年５月のチリ地震津波による災害を受けた地方公共団体のうち政令で定めるものは、地方税、使用料、手数料等の減免により生ずる財政収入の不足を補う場合又は災害対策に通常要する費用の財源とする場合においては、地方債をもつてその財源とすることができるものとすること。 ２ 前項の地方債は、資金運用部資金又は簡易生命保険及び郵便年金特別会計の積立金をもつて引き受けるものとし、その利息の定率及び償還の方法は政令で定めるものとすること。 ３ 第１項の地方債の許可に当つては自治大臣は、大蔵大臣と協議するものとすること。
