法人税法施行規則の一部を改正する政令案要綱 １．所得税法施行規則の一部改正により中小企業退職金共済事業団又はこれに準ずる一定の要件を備えた特定退職金共済団体の行う退職金共済事業について税制上の措置が定められたことに伴い、法人がこれらの団体に対して支払う掛金の損金算入及び退職給与引当金の繰入限度額の計算の調整について規定をもうけること。２．商品取引所及び証券取引所が昭和３４年１０月１日以後は会員の脱退等があつた場合においても違約損失補償準備金からの交付を行わないこととしたことに伴い、違約損失補償準備金に関する規定中この場合の交付金の損金算入の規定を削除することともに、これに伴う経過措置を設けること。
