政府委員室の移転について 一、参議院本館内にある政府委員室は、すべての新営の別館（三階、四階）に移ることとされ、十一月一日頃を目途として移転することになった。 二、新館内の政府委員室に割り当てられる室数は、全部で二十六室であり、うち個室は六、簡易間仕切りの室は二十である。（別図参照）坪数は、一〇・三坪、一一・一坪及び一一・三坪の三種である。 三、この室の割り当てについては、参議院から内閣官房に一任されているが、内閣官房としては、次の方針により、これを各省庁等に割り当てることとしたい。 １．事実上大臣応接の用に充てる室一、各省庁共用（会議用）の室三を除き、残余の室を省庁等に割り当てることとすること。 ２ 所掌事務の性質にかんがみ、警察庁、防衛庁、
