失業保険法の規定による事務で都道府県知事に行わせるものを定める政令の一部を改正する政令案参照条文 〇失業保険法（昭和三十二年法律第百四十六号）（抄）（保険者）第二条 失業保険は、政府が、これを管掌する。 前項の失業保険の事務の一部は、政令の定めるところによつて、都道府県知事に行わせることができる。（当然被保険者）第六条 左の各号に規定する事業主に雇用される者は、失業保険の被保険者とする。一 五人以上の労働者（第三十八条の二の日雇労働者を含む。（本条において以下同じ。）を雇用する事業主。但し、左に掲げる事業を行うものを除く。イ、土地の耕作若しくは開墾又は植物の栽植、栽培、採取若しくは伐採の事業その他農林の事業
