地方公共団体の議会の議員及び長の選挙期日等の臨時特例に関する法律案要綱 第一 選挙の期日に関する事項 一 昭和三十四年四月一日から同年五月三十一日までの間に任期が満了することとなる地方公共団体の議会の議員又は長の任期満了による選挙は、都道府県及び指定都市の選挙にあっては昭和三十四年四月二十三日、指定都市以外の市及び町村の選挙にあっては同月二十八日に行うものとすること。 二 前号に該当する地方公共団体の議会の議員又は長について、任期満了による選挙以外の選挙を行うべき事由が生じた場合において、公職選挙法の規定により当該選挙を行うべき期間が昭和三十四年四月一日から同月三十日までの間にかかるときは、当該選挙を同年三月三十一日以前に行う場合を除き、
