日本国とポーランド人民共和国との間の通商に関する条約の締結について承認を求めるの件 日本国とポーランド人民共和国との間の通商に関する条約の締結について、日本国憲法第七十三条第三号ただし書の規定に基き、国会の承認を求める。 理由 政府は、日本国とポーランド人民共和国との間の通商関係の発展を促進するため、昭和三十三年四月二十六日に東京で、日本国とポーランド人民共和国との間の通商に関する条約に署名調印した。よって、この条約を批准することといたしたい。これが、この案件を提出する理由である。 日本国とポーランド人民共和国との間の通商に関する条約 日本国とポーランド人民共和国との間の通商に関する条約 日本国及びポーランド人民共和国は、両国間の通商関係の発展を促進することを希望し、
