技術士法施行令要綱 科学技術庁 第一 技術士法第六条第二号の規定に基き、大学（旧大学を含む。）又は旧専門学校の理科系統の卒業者と同程度と認められる予備試験を免除される者を定めること。 第二 予備試験の受験手数料、技術士の登録手数料、登録証の訂正の手数料等の額を定めること。 第三 技術士法第二十条第四項第一号及び第二号の規定による命令に基いて出張した参考人及び鑑定人の旅費、日当等の額を定めること。 第四 技術士試験委員の定数を定めること。 第五 科学技術庁組織令の一部を改正して長官官房総務課の事務として「技術士法の施行に関すること。」を加えること。 政令第 号 技術士法施行令 内閣は、技術士法（昭和三十二年法律第百二十四号）第六条第二号、
